Localsewa processes information needed for customer and provider accounts, local service discovery, bookings and support. The full interactive policy remains available on this page when JavaScript is enabled. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to support@localsewa.com.
Account and service information
Localsewa processes account names, email addresses, contact details, roles, profile photographs and selected service areas. Provider profiles can include a business name, category, services, prices, description and service area. Booking activity can include a selected provider and service, schedule, service location, status, messages and reviews.
Sign-in and location
If you choose Google Sign-In, Localsewa verifies the credential on the server and links it to the appropriate account. Location permission is optional; you may select an area manually. Address lookup uses OpenStreetMap Nominatim through the server, and opening directions can send a destination to Google Maps.
Payments and sharing
Razorpay handles Localsewa+ payment authorization and UPI Autopay details. Localsewa retains operational subscription and payment references but does not need your complete card details, UPI PIN or bank credentials. Booking information is available to the customer and assigned provider as required for the request and its status.
Retention and choices
Information is retained as reasonably needed to operate the service, protect accounts, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting obligations. Account deletion follows the recovery period displayed in the application. You can manage account details and permissions in the available settings or contact support about access, correction or deletion.
