Localsewa (Local Sewa) helps customers discover local service professionals in India and send booking requests. Browse service categories, check listed providers, and choose a service area before contacting a professional through the platform.

Explore services

Look through categories such as electrician, home cleaning, plumbing, carpenter, appliance repair and other local services. A category may appear before a provider is available; the live directory shows which professionals are currently listed. Start with the services directory to compare available choices in your area.

Send a booking request

Open a listed provider profile to review the services shown there, then send a request with the service details and preferred schedule. A request is not a confirmed appointment until the provider responds. Signed-in customers can follow booking progress in their account.

For local professionals

Service providers can create a profile, list offered services and manage eligible requests from their provider workspace. Localsewa+ is an optional provider membership; current availability, prices and entitlements are shown in the live application.

Location and urgent needs

Select an Indian city, area or PIN code to discover relevant local listings. With permission, Localsewa can use the device location to help set a service area. The emergency services directory helps you look for nearby listings, but availability is determined by live provider data.
